London is amazing. Like there is always something to to or something happening, the transport there is really great (if a little pricey) and I love the culture?
It’s really diverse but there’s still this British pride and I just really like that.
But fuck it is sooooo expensive, like a nice 1 bedroom flat in central London can easily cost upwards of £1million so yeah I’d recommend securing a well paid job here before moving, or working for a few years before you move…
But in terms of food/living costs it isn’t much different to in Scotland, you can still access cheaper food and clothes so don’t worry about that
